ViewOnPhone is a free, browser-based tool. We collect minimal data to operate the service:

• Usage data: Anonymous metrics such as pages visited, device presets selected, and general interaction patterns. No personally identifiable information is tied to this data.
• URLs you preview: URLs entered into the preview tool are processed transiently to load the page inside the mobile frame. We do not log or store these URLs.
• Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address (anonymized after 24 hours), browser type, and referring URL, retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.

We do not require account registration and do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information through this service.

2. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used to:

• Operate and maintain the ViewOnPhone preview service
• Monitor service performance and diagnose technical issues
• Detect and prevent abuse, spam, or malicious activity
• Understand aggregate usage trends to improve the product

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, behavioral tracking, or any purpose beyond operating this service.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; no individual retention limit applies.

Because we do not maintain user accounts or store personally identifiable information, most data subject requests do not apply in the traditional sense. However, depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to:

• Request disclosure of what data (if any) we hold related to your IP address within our 90-day log window
• Request deletion of server log entries associated with your IP address
• Opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings

ViewOnPhone uses a minimal set of cookies:
